**ONLINE VOTING** 

BOARD REALIGNMENT PROPOSALThe Marketing Officer is to be realigned as Fundraising Officer. The current duties of the Marketing Officer will be absorbed by the Vice President position. Since the Marketing Officer position is currently vacant and not up for reelection until November 2024 the board will appoint a Fundraising Officer to serve out the remainder of the current term.
